On 012, I tried to recharge for 3g internet of airtel from the official website of airtel and money got deducted and the recharge failed. My mobile number is 180. First time I DID a recharge of rs. 102 through sbi maestro debit card. It failed but money deducted. Second time, I repeated a recharge of rs. 102 and it failed again and money got deducted again. Third time I tried for a recharge of rs. 250 this time and used sbi netbanking for the payment. But again a failure occurred and money deducted. So I suffered a total loss of rs +250 = rs. 454 without any recharge. I want my money back. I am frustrated with airtel official website recharge process. Also there is no link which says what to do in case of failed recharge and payment deducted. This is a total harassment of customers. Please take steps so that I can get back my money.
On 16/09/2012 I tried to recharge for airtel 2g internet from the official website of airtel and money got deducted but the recharge failed. My mobile number is 9860856933. I have recharged twice for rs 25 using my hdfc master credit card but both the time money got deducted and then recharge failed. Total of rs50 got deducted. I am frustrated with the pathetic services of airtel. This is not the fist time I'M facing issues like this . Moreover there is no link/Contact number where I can get help in case of failed recharge and payment deducted. This is a no doubt a harassment of customers. I have few more ongoing issues with airtel services and definitely planning to throw away my airtel sim card.

@Srilakshmi - you lodge a new complaint at grahakseva. They will give the refund after 7 days.
Today I tried to recharge the cell number 9561154633 (maharashtra) using prepaid online recharge facility.
Two times money got debited (500 + 500)from my hdfc account number with ref numbers 108115018 and 108114450.
But the recharge was not done.
Please refund my money back.
I hav edone 3g recharge for rs.249.
Amount ddebited from account but plan is not activated.
Very rubbish service. No link to help customers in case of failure transaction.
