On 012, I tried to recharge for 3g internet of airtel from the official website of airtel and money got deducted and the recharge failed. My mobile number is 180. First time I DID a recharge of rs. 102 through sbi maestro debit card. It failed but money deducted. Second time, I repeated a recharge of rs. 102 and it failed again and money got deducted again. Third time I tried for a recharge of rs. 250 this time and used sbi netbanking for the payment. But again a failure occurred and money deducted. So I suffered a total loss of rs +250 = rs. 454 without any recharge. I want my money back. I am frustrated with airtel official website recharge process. Also there is no link which says what to do in case of failed recharge and payment deducted. This is a total harassment of customers. Please take steps so that I can get back my money.
