Vatika restaurant not gave final bill

Hello sir, my name is ashis and I live in hoshangabd district in M.P. Date 03-08-12 I go to vatica restaurant with my friend and where I take two lemon tea amount rs.24 when I solicit final bil then restaurant manager refuse me. I request please give me bil because I need it but he not give to me final bil. So I kindly requested to you that please give him punishment.
