Not giving supply of lpg cylinder

My name is subhash r popali I am a consumer of ioc ..(lpg) my con.No is06688 purchase from M/S vaibhav indane saoner distt.Nagpur...mah.Distributer code no is308844 the sv.No &date is 2003 I have book online lpg on dt.03/08/2012 I still not get the refil today I ask to the vaibhave indane about my refil lpg on off.No07113232091 they reply me that there is no such type of consumer no..06688 you have book a wrong con.No. Pls suggest me what should I do pls
