Maruti sx4 zxi car having manufacturing defects

The maruti suzuke industries ltd( "msil")during year 2007 with vide publicity launched a new version of sx 4. Looking to good publicity I purchased the sx 4 zxi modelin sept.,2007. The car started troubling in wheels very next day and that was removed by teh work shop.Thereafter some problems were raised and got removed because the warranty was subscribed for three years. The warranty was available upto 010. Dring currency of warranty the major defects in wheel/ Steering was not resolved but soon after expiry of warranty when car was sent to workshop of msil on 2010 it was pointed out that the car has major defect in steering assembly and needs repair/Replacement costing to rs.50000.00. Consequent upon taking up this issue with customer care of msil they tried to repair btn van and ultimately I was told to replace hesaid defects onsuchcos. This is acse of unfair trade practice aswell deficiency service on the part of msil. This should be taken up and be resolved.
