Complain regarding cryobanks registration money refund

I had registered for stem cell banking with cryobanks international india limited(kit no - k26265, sar no : 409) by giving the rs. 5000 as registration fees and 2 post dated hdfc cheques. Due to emergency we were not able to collect the umbilical chord is not collected. You guys really dont have any collaboration what is happening. I raised this request in oct that my baby stem cells are not preserved. How come instead of calling for refund of registration you are calling for further payment. Please look into this matter and help me to get my money back asap.
