Bad smell in bibo water

We are purchasing around 15 water cans daily from bibo water, but recently we are getting very bad quality water with very bad smell. We have given complaint to bibo but there is no response from them. It is related to health, we cannot able to drink the water supplied by bibo. Please take necessary action on them immediately.
