Bag it today's false commitment for gifts with holiday package
I got call on 17-07-2012 from mob. No-9654890191(mr.Manish),told me "you are select for affordable holiday package scheme-if you book this package, you will get free gift(reebok travelling bag and laptop) with this package, so I ordered this package according to his instruction on same day.At the time of verification-I enquire about gift but they not satisfied me about it,so I cancelled this order and demand for refund.Representative give me request no-844180 and tell me you will get call from sales executive within 24hrs.Next day I got call from mr mohan(despatch-8447769221), he knews everthing about my order-name,order no etc and enforced me to confirm order and told me"why you deny this order you already won two gifts-travelling bag and laptop worth rs.17350/- And you will get both gifts with package".After commitment/Promise of sales representative,I done my order.Second time I got verification call I done my order and asked for gift she said me you will get call from gift department within 12hrs and I will send email regarding it rightnow,afterthat I didnot get any email and call regarding gifts,so I sent email to response@bagittoday same day - if you deliver my order with both gifts,confirm my order otherwise cancel my order and refund my order money.At the time of address verification call when I asked about gift, she disconnect call.They delivered my order without gifts (received on 28-07-2012).When I asked about it to customer care,she told me you are not applicable for laptop.You can claim for reebok travelling bag to send request to bmh@affordablesalespromotions.Com.I sent email to claim both gift, they replied me you cannot claim for laptop and we are not responsible for any misscommitment of agent/Sales representative.He is not ready for refund my money. I sent holiday package with refund claim letter to "today retail network pvt ltd.,Khassa no.371,sant ram road,fatehpur beri,near bhhatti village,new delhi-110074" on 08-08-2012 by speed post no-eg498037683in. Now I am waiting for reply of them and refund. Please do needful in this matter as early as possible. Thanks. Best regards, roshani.

bag it today does cheating and fraud in very organized way.
I am a one of their victim and thousands of pending complaints can be seen in this blog.
You can go through the various complaints the following will be summary.
• They offer lucrative free gifts to sell their useless holiday packages.
• The will play with people sentiments by offering lucrative free gifts .
• One you are trap they will try to extract as much money as possible even by misusing your cards/Accounts.
• The use verification call very smartly to cover them up.
• The free gifts will not be discussed in verification call.
• Once you accepted their verification call your problem starts.
• They will not deliver free gifts.
• They will try to linger on your holiday and will offer you substandard hotels.
• They keep on changing address to provide a time gap so that your validity expire.
• Their customer service is pathetic 120-6182100 gets disconnect on its own in between the conversation.
• Customer service 120-4112484 will give standard answer that we will resolve your complaint soon. Soon never comes.
• If you communicate with bmh@affordablesalespromtions.Com contact@bagittoday.Com response@bagittoday.Com bmh@1touchsolutions.Com you will realize every time there is different person to deal with you this is done deliberately to provide disconnectivity and fresh start of complaint.
• They are capable of issuing bogus confirmation holiday vouchers without ensuring adequate availability (done with me ). Will spoil your holiday.
At end you will get tired and forget your money.
What to do
never give up you have very strong fundamental customer right which is beyond their wrong policies.
If you have very solid proof go to police station lodge a complaint preferably cyber crime.
Register at grahak seva core.Nic.In(center govt consumer affair) and your local consumer court.
Form a group and slap a petition/ Court case.
Expose them as you can tell to 10 people about their misdeeds write on facebook internet their competitors media etc
don’t spare them mark my word halla bol one day they have to pay for their wrong doing.
