Reliance data card executive from connectindia is a fraud

Hi, I had purchased reliance netconnect+ data card from a person named ashok through connectindia some time between last week of march 012. His mobile number is 004. He had promised me that I would be getting mcafee antivirus license key free for 1 year as this is a offer currently going for reliance netconnect+. But I have not received any license till date. When I give a call to his number, he dont pick the call. Today when I had called him again, he picked the call and I told him about the license that I DID not receive yet. He said he will check it out. I asked him, "how can you check it out when you have not taken any mail ID info or anything". He told, he will give call to my number from which I had called him. (This reason he had already told and escaped several times). I told him, "if I dont get call or info on mcafee antivirus from you, I am going to complain against you". He said, "go to hell, do whatever you want, I dont bother, you cannot track me down", and he disconnected the call. I really dont know what to do in this regard. Please suggest. Also 1 humble request: please do not take any connection from connectindia. Walk-in to the company shop and take the connection directly. Connectindia is a fraud. And the person named ashok is a no 1 fraud. Regards, shwetha
