Tikona broadband very poor service

Hi, my internet is not working since last 24 days ,after calling toll free number 8 to 9 times I was given assurance that issue will be resolved in 48 hours.Still it is not resolved,evey time I have to wait minimum 15 minutes everytime for representative to attend . I fell I have been cheated by this company by not providing service ,I have paid one time 3300 rs.I think I made mistake by giving them money. I have told all my friends and relatives this incident.
