Amount taken but rate cutter not activated in docmo

My mobile no is. 5148 of name prabu on 08/08/2012 I had recharged for rs. 35 as rate cutter. Through net banking with trans ID mcnb2786621860. I got the report as recharge successful. But not added to my number. More over I had got 100 free minutes as a new customer. I had used only 20 minutes. For three days I had switch off my mobile.After switch on my mobile when I happen to see that no minutes are pending. When I enquired with customer care , they said you had used all the minutes. When I again tried to speak to customer care, the connection has been cutted. The line is not connecting till now.. I think you are making as fools, and cheating us.The amount 35 has been debited in my account and got the status recharge successful, but it not added to my no. Customer care is also not connecting, you are charging the normal paisa to my no. I doesnot see such a worst network like you. I got the sim and it passed only 10 days, within 10 days you are making more and more problems to me.
