Light bill meter is faulty still getting high consume bill

Since last one year I tenant at 302, disha eternia, sakore nagar, customer no: 010, billing unit: 604, I am getting -750 light bill when meter is faulty is shown in the bill. I have complaint to replace the meter still no action taken by electricity board.This month they have cross the limit they charge me 50/- Bill amount when my apartment was locked for 15 days. I need justice and my money back which was stolen by maharashtra electricity board. Expecting help from grahak seva. Pls let me know if anymore details require from end.
