Airtel has charged me without authorization twice. I received an sms twice that it was for some sort of multicontent store. Now I use internet and I make sure M always.Covered under the 2gb plan so I don't have to incur additional charges. Still wgen I called customer service for the first time apart from the supervisor being extremely rude , I was told that it was a third party charge and they could do nothing about it. How can a service provider without authorization from the customer allow a third party to deduct money from their account??? either this is a scam or theft or absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy service. I have tried to contact customer service again but this time the automatic servixe would not let ne even speak to a rep. I am highly irate with airtel and will switch providers once the validity of my 2 gb pack expires
