Airtel's cheap business for money

I have transferred rs 200/ From my account in the month of july 2012 to the 'airtel money' account the amount has been deducted from my balance but 'airtel money 'recharge was unsuccessful and the amount was not refunded to my account even after 20 days why the company doesn't have the guilt of cheap intelligence?
