Not getting Airtel upc code

Dear sir I am ravi kumar from up west using the airtel mobile number 3666 I want port out my airtel but whenever I am sending sms (port 666) to 1900 for generating upc but they are not give me my upc . So I called up customer care and DID not get any response they are just receiving the call asking the name and disconnecting the call
