Aakrit green bhopal - flats possession delay for 18 month

Flats possession delay more than18 month myself and my friend have booked mig flats in prestigious builder ag8 group, (aakriti builders)bhopal in aakriti green, saliya, bhopal in december 2008 and as per agreement the maximum time of possession sold be 24 months now the 24 months going to complete in december 010. I have talked with the officials of ag8 group, customer care and director mr. Rajeev soni cell no.:09826218822 and they are saying that due to our internal problem the particular block is going to delay for that. I have observed that when our installments I am having financial loss of rs.8000/Month rent & 8000 / Month interest of bank so if the project is going to delay more than 18 months we have the total loss of 4,00000(four lakh) to above now builder is responding to me about the delay of possession . I want consumer court will involve and ask M/S. Aakriti builders ag8 group to wear this financial loss & compensate me.
