Cheated by timesdael coupon for paytm

Hi, I bought 2 promo codes from timesdeal for rs 50 with an offer of rs 50 off on min mobile recharge of rs 100 (to be done on paytm) on 9th may 012. I got the coupons and they were even accepted by the website. However, when I went to the transaction page, the transacation could not be completed due to some server error. After that I was not able to apply the same coupon code again (thought it was not actually used). Same happened for the 2nd promo code too. I waited for 24 hrs hoping that the code will be re-activated; but of no avail. I brought the matter to the paytm 3 times by mailing. But till date I have not received any reply from them except for the automated mail that they will get back to me within 24 hours!!! their site doesn't metion any customer care number so that we can speak directly. I even complained to timesdeal but there also they DID not help me. Please look into this matter at the earliest. The promo codes were: td81d1dbed4b and td12tdd6df87 thanks, pragya
