Bsnl phone landline dead and broadband is not working since 2 months

It had been about 2 months since my bsnl landline and broadband is dead have registered comlaint but no action taken had been to local nearby bsnl office and again complained to s.D.M mr maurya and he said that they will take action but nothing has been done yet. Really dissapointed since I've been using bsnl from past 12 yrs my landline number is 0522 6356 up-west
