Delay in passport

Dear sir, my mother has applied her passport on 21st march 012, her police verification was done in last week of april. But its almost over 3 months that the police verification has done but on the online status its still showing that police report has not been received. Application number is - lko-a053317-12 & dob - 1st july 958. Kindly help us to get the actual status of the passport.
