Faulty electric meter by Mppkvvc

Sir/Madam we observed and reported faulty meter reading to mppkvvc,gopal nagar,indore office on date-14/7/12 regarding our complaint our meter was checked and found faulty by officer and in reply we also submitted 75/- Amount (receipt no-211, book no-3266) on date-19/7/12 for meter change. But sadly our meter is neither changed or nor repaired by mppkvvc,gopal nagar,indore office.In result of that we got 00/- Electricity bill this month also which we are unable to pay since we are working class people. And when we approached mppkvvc,gopal nagar,indore office few days back they refused to take our application neither they taken any action.
