Internet (mtnl broadband) not working

Dear receiver, I'M manish kansal, having a mtnl broadband connection at home. The internet service frequently gets down. So, far the problem got resolved on time. However, this time it is being delayed. I found that it was not working from july 28, 012, and I booked complaint for the same on august 01, 012. Complaint number for the same is - 829. After lodging the complaint I DID not received any response from mtnl and tried to re-inform (via-phone) for the same on august 03, 2012 but could not do that because lines were busy. Now, today its being the 8th day (after lodging) the complaint and the problem is yet to be sorted out. Generally, I don't have urgent work to do on daily basis (via home internet), however it is being required these days, and my internet is not working. Please, look into this and help me to sort out the problem asap. Thanks for your cooperation in advance, regards, manish
