Vodafone is getting worse and worse day by day... big thieves... I clicked on link which said "click here to subscribe to free games" and I just clicked it and then got a message for games club activation... and lost 35rs from my balance. Well vodafone this was very misleading.... you are cheating your customers now.. shame on you guys... and then I called the customer care and asked what games club is all about. He kept me on hold through out and at end after 5 mins told sorry could not gather information regarding the games club. Made me really annoyed. And on calling the 2nd time, I found this guy more ridiculous. On asking him about the games club, he told me to get details about vodafone games club from net.. now tell me vodafone why do you have customer care then if you cant help your customers.. such lazy and unskilled employees you have man !
