Airtel increased call rates only for me?

I am pre-paid subscriber of airtel long time, but some days I watched that the company deducted one rupee for one minute call. In the case I stopped the recharged,and wrote () to company's nodal officer, the nodal officer sent a rate chart(11.07.11)to me which given bellow but the company DID not deducted the call rate according to his chart which nodel officer sent to me, atlast I wrote to appellate officer on sat,30 jun 2012 19:24:18 0530 again I repeat the same letter on sat, aug 4, 2012 at 9:24 am but the appellate officer DID not action yet, so I request you to help me to reduce the call rate santanu biswas the nodel officer sent this latter dear customer, warm greetings from all of us at airtel.
