Reliance value added service is not availed on my number after 4days of subscription

I have subscribed a value added service worth rs10/For 10 days.Money is deducted once I received the confirmation msg but service is not availed on my number after 4 days of activation.When I contacted customer care (reliance is famous for its arrogant and useless customer care executive) they told it will require 3 days more to resolve.
