Hi, I placed an order to get a dsl connection for the plan name I-400kbps with tata communications where I paid rs.3371 in cash to get my connection to a person called mr.Sangram(+91-9730584399) from tata telecommunications ltd. I paid him full in cash as he told me that it is the company policy to pay in advance even before installation. I paid him on 4th august 2012 on one condition that my internet will be fully installed and will work from 5th august 012. But since then I'M trying to call to know the status and he is not picking up my call from my cell phone. There has been no update from him about the status of my order. I tried calling the # 2200 but it seems that mr. Sangram (+91-9730584399)has not even placed my order in tata systems as the people in the call centre are unable to locate anything other than that I made a query about a dsl connection wherein I have paid in full on 4th august 2012 and I called the sme help desk since then. Please look into the mater and please get in touch with me asap. Also I would like to make a complaint against that person as it seems that person is ignoring my calls and I'M worried that I paid him full in cash without him making any kind of entry on tata data base about me giving him the amount.
