Bharat gas lpg supply delayed

I am a customer of mital gas agency, new panvel and I booked gas reffil on 7 july 2012,but delivery has not been made till 7 august 2012 inspite of many calls and complaint made on toll free no.18002333555, but all went waste.Please help
