I have purchased something from your online sight for rs.3098.00on 012. After which I was receipt of calls as well as mails from your company that I have been selected for the sweeperstakes programe of your company and asked to do more purchases so as to get maximum points for the said programe and reach the high position in this programe. And on 2012 I had received calls from mr. Raj malhotra, who pursuaded me to do two deals of rs.28499.00 & rs.18999.00 so as to be close the the finalists of the above said programme. I DID the same. After 2-3 days I started receiving calls from ms.Nirali sharma of your office, who was knowing all the previous payments done by me, again pursuaded me to do final payment of rs.24999.00 X 2 = rs.49998.00 for the sure short prize in the said programe of your company for which she had also told me that she is makig a file of me and the password will be sent lateron. And she asked me not to make any further payment any way as the file is final and I would be the one amongest the final three finalists of the above said programe. Then on 2012 to 5.12 I received about 20 calls from tel no.012047918700, 3000 & 7200 of ms.Kanika of your office, who was telling me all the previous details of my dealing with your company. She told me that there are five prizes in the final draw of your company's above said programe of rs.20,15,10,5 & rs.3 lacs resp. & I am the one of the said finalists. So, in any case I am going to win rs.3.00 lacs of cash prices at the minimum for which tax amount amounting to rs.90000.00 is to be sent. As she told me three ID's though which the payment is to be sent and if I will win more than rs.3.00 lacs then I will not have to pay any additional tax amount as the same will be born by the company. I tried so many times and no ID was approachable on the net. At the end she finally connected to someone else on the phone and asked me to tell him the bank passwords etc. And the said person transacted three amounts of rs.27999, rs.29999 & rs.28499. When I asked her about that the same is not the total rs.90000.00 she told me that it will be sufficient for the time and balance will be taken lateron and also told me that we are sending some products to you which will be complimentory gifts for you being the winner of the company programe. Also she asked me not to tell the all this to the persons confirming about the transactions for the delivery of gifts as they people are not knowing the whole scene. When I asked her that I have transacted the such a huge amount and you have not asked my pan no. So far, she replied that as soon as I shall complete your file I shall get it from you the same. After a few days I again received the call from kanika saying that my file is final and the only thing required is an ID silver/Gold/Platinum is to be made in my name to offer me the discounts in the future for which she told me to do minimum transaction of rs.21499 for the silver ID (which I DID on 012) after which my file will be complete and draw is on 31st may, 2012 and I will receive the whole information through mail shortly, but regret to say that I had not received any information till date. bag it today does cheating and fraud in very organized way.

I am a one of their victim and thousands of pending complaints can be seen in this blog.

You can go through the various complaints the following will be summary.

• They offer lucrative free gifts to sell their useless holiday packages.

• The will play with people sentiments by offering lucrative free gifts .

• One you are trap they will try to extract as much money as possible even by misusing your cards/Accounts.

• The use verification call very smartly to cover them up.

• The free gifts will not be discussed in verification call.

• Once you accepted their verification call your problem starts.

• They will not deliver free gifts.

• They will try to linger on your holiday and will offer you substandard hotels.

• They keep on changing address to provide a time gap so that your validity expire.

• Their customer service is pathetic 120-6182100 gets disconnect on its own in between the conversation.

• Customer service 120-4112484 will give standard answer that we will resolve your complaint soon. Soon never comes.

• If you communicate with bmh@affordablesalespromtions.Com contact@bagittoday.Com response@bagittoday.Com bmh@1touchsolutions.Com you will realize every time there is different person to deal with you this is done deliberately to provide disconnectivity and fresh start of complaint.

• They are capable of issuing bogus confirmation holiday vouchers without ensuring adequate availability (done with me ). Will spoil your holiday.

At end you will get tired and forget your money.

What to do

never give up you have very strong fundamental customer right which is beyond their wrong policies.

If you have very solid proof go to police station lodge a complaint preferably cyber crime.

Register at grahak seva core.Nic.In(center govt consumer affair) and your local consumer court.

Form a group and slap a petition/ Court case.

Expose them as you can tell to 10 people about their misdeeds write on facebook internet their competitors media etc

don’t spare them mark my word halla bol one day they have to pay for their wrong doing.
