Unfair deductions for tata docomo crione photo alert
Tata docomo co.Has activated crione photo alert on its own and it's deducting rs.1 daily from the balance.I met the officials at bathinda on 31-07-12.Madam assured me that the alert will be deactivated but it wasn't.Today I also met and she spoke to her seniors and she told me that she is helpless as it will be deactivated from customer's mobile set.And then they tried on 121 service but could not deactivate.I just want crione photo alerts to be deactivated from now.

Even my docomo number is being deducted every day with 1 rs for that crione alert though I didnt activate it..suffered loss of 50 rs...kindly refund or else I will go to consumer court
