HostGator cheating and the ccavenue is also not helping using the payment gateway

I have registered for free domain after 2-4 days I receive call and mail from hostgator.In the name of executive was sarangi.She told me that if I upgrade into hatchling plan once then u dont have to pay any more for two year it will show on login expiry and also I can get payment gateway facilty.After that I called to several times to hostgator regarding services but I didnt get correct information.When I called to hostgator that it is showing that it is showing that it will expire on 2013.They are telling that u have to pay on 2013 but when I got mail it was written that till 2014 I dont want to pay any more no one is ready to help me.I have called and mail to ccavenue regarding this problem cause hostgator is using ccavenue payment gateway but no solution I received from their end .I want to cancell this service and I want refund back I have spend alot of money by calling to them.Details of this transaction are as follows.Invoice no 166143.Invoice date 17/06/2012.Transcation ID 166143_20120617140131
