Dinesh enterprises phone number is not responding

Respected sir, many of times when I call from my mobile to dinesh enterprises,either the phone is not picking by supplier or whole day the same message gives to me that the no. Is busy,so call later and some times ring goes to that number but not pick by the supplier. So sir my request to do the needful in this matter as early as possible.
