I connect broadband is hopeless

I had recently shifted to pimple saudagar area in pune and decided to go for I-connect broadband since it is a fairly new in the area. My problems started after the first month, the internet connection stopped all of a sudden and inspite of hundreds of calls no one showed up to rectify the issue. I had to go to their office twice and the response I got was " all our staff are currently busy and will come to your place once they are free" which never happen. One month later I had no option but to opt for other established broadband connection (tata photon). When I asked for refund ( I had paid for 4 months) they said they cannot refund the amount. I would like to warn all people from opting for their service. It was one sour experience opting for I-connect.
