Indane gas distributor-refuses to accept request for address change

Dear sir, despite providing following documents (a) rent agreement, (b) copy of landlord's elecricity bill, (C) copy of aadhar card, (D) copy of voter ID card, (e) copy of ration card, (f) copy of gas connection voucher (g) copy of of list of valid documents can be used as address proof (taken from indane gas website).(H) copy ofresponse received from indian oil corporation reiterating that rent receipt is a valid document for purpose of address proof and (I) copy of report generated from indane gas-transparency portal, indane distributor M/S karol bagh gas service is still refusing to accept my request letter to change my delivery address within the same area I.E. About 200 mtrs away from my previous residence. Kindly look into the matter and instruct him to accept the same and if he finds any fault not down his comment on my application so that at least I can understand the reason for refusal.
