Tata photon humiliated & tortured me to the core after taking payment

Dear mr. Ceo, greetings of the day! hope you are doing great. I am a very dissatisfied and humiliated customer by all your depts. Your departments have not fixed my speed issue from the day 1 I have subscribed to your tata photon plan. I have sent n numbers of emails and calls to resolve my issue but no body bothered about it. 1. 2 times one executive had come to my place, DID not fix but fake assured me, he will escalate this case to the higher technicians but no luck 2. Once mr. Manjunath ( tech head) had come to my place, DID not fix but fake assured me, he will escalate this case to the higher technicians but no luck 3. Please check the call recording, I was on hold and hanging on calls, dwelling between pillars, from 7 pm to 12 pm for 5 continuous days. 4. One mr. Kamesh (manager, customer care), false promised me, he will send an engineer next day to fix this issue and he fake committed me that he will be available tomorrow during the same time. But I asked for him after waiting for whole day, taking off one day, nobody passed my call to him. All executives told me he is not available in this shift and he is off etc.. 5. After this harassment, when I rang mr. Manjunath, he told me you will get only 5kbps but not more than that. I have also rang that executive who had visited my premises but again false promise of escalation...no luck 6. Your billing department only emails, sends, calls for payment at 1st/2nd week of every month. I keep on telling them the same thing that I have no service since 7 months then fake promise as we will get back to u at soonest...no luck 7. The worst thing is there is not at all communication between departments. Each wants to complete their targets irrespective of customer delight, service and satisfaction 8. Irrespective of no service, I kept paying you but you have disconnected my line during paying and after payment. This is called real harassment 9. Let me inform you about one of your senior executive what how he has served me on call..I.E. Totally unacceptable, ignorant, manner-less human tendency, arrogant etc.. first the billing executive called me for payment as usual, then I complained about the service in the same way, then she passed to kiran ( hope a team leader). I explained him the issue but he had no patience to bear me and understanding, he told me, if you are making payment then I will see you in the court...is it accepted from a senior executive..what you could have done in this scenario let me tell you my slow broadband issue for 100th time. "I get speed only during first 5 days of my billing cycle. Then no service, no speed, nobody cares to fix it if I call them and email them" "let me remind you your technicians came only in these first 5 days of the month then nobody cares to open their ear & mind & brain & heart. " Till now I have not opted any other broadband service. I think someone honest in whole tata will be there who will fix my issue one-day to conclude my conversation, I need: highest speed as per my earlier payment & as promised minimum speed of 155kbps compensation of delay in service and loss of service & difficulties I faces from day 1 ( unlimited time spent, every-time false assurance, torture of billing department, ignorance of technical department) thank you for your valuable time bikram 8229 a/C no:- 9118
