Puma shoes got cracked

Dear concern, I purchased puma footwear worth rs.3500 on friday I.E 27/07/2012 & the new shoes got cracked when complained to the concern of puma I was told the by them that there is no guarntee neither they have changed the piece nor returned my money back & shoes are useless to me now kindly help me in this regards thanks & regards gagan garg bathinda 2229
