Airtel connection shift from kondapur, hyderabad to chandanagar, hyderabad
Hi, I was using airtel broadband from last 4 years in bangalore but this time in ap I’M getting frustrated by the service provided by airtel. I raised a request # 9514 for transfer of broadband connection from kondapur, hyderabad to chandanagar, hyderabad & I was told by the customer care executive that I’LL get my connection transferred by the maximum 4th aug. 012, for the same I received a call from airtel executives on 3rd aug 2012 but none of executives turned up to shift the connection. I raised a complaint for the same # 3740 where customer care executive told me that she’s escalating my request & my query would be resolved by 6th aug 2012 evening & now today is 7th aug 2012 still waiting my query to get resoved.
