Delay in passport

I had applied for passport in december 010. The enquiry procedure got completed in kanpur as I was in kanpur then. Now I have moved to delhi and submitted all the necessary documents. Still no idea about the passport. Pls tell me when and how I will be able to get my passport. File no. Lkoa21453110
