Pan card not received

Hello sir, this is to inform you that my father is in government service in electricity board, his organisation applied for his pan card but that time all of employees DID not received pan cards but after some time everyone received their pan cards at home but my father's pan card DID not parcel at my home. Please tell me the all procedure how I get my father pan card his pan card number my father took from the file and his pan card number is : abzps4264j.Please provide us all details if you can I hope I'LL get any call or email from your side.
