Passport status still shows- police verification pending. Itna jyada andhera kahin aur milega?

I am not victimized directly. But verification done by local police & liu is being denied by the status website. The authority of a sp- police who had put his signature with dateis being denied by the persons who dont want to work- woh jo naukri karte hain, duty nahi. When persons of the rank of ias & ips are helpless, I know I can not make them to work. I also know a person who can get his work done instantly from same person by grabbing their collar, a angootha chhap neta. A literate person can only write on a website.
