Paytm money deduction from the bank account and yet balance not received

I have recharge 68 rs. But recharge not done not money refund after 1 week, I send you many mail but not solve my problem , my user ID 469. I request pls. Refund amount my a/C. I hope you help me. T. & R., Sudhir singh 8469

amount of rs 68 has been refunded to your paytm cash balance. The paytm cash can be used for your next recharge or any other order at paytm.Com.

You always have the option to transfer paytm cash to same credit card or bank account just visit the "order status" page and click on initiate transfer.

we have already completed the refund process of rs. 101 from paytm side for our order number 2332622

remember if you do not see this balance in your bank account yet it is because your bank does not reflect this refund instantly. You could check with them on time it takes for such refunds to show up.
