Mts speed capped to 144kbps even after 1298 recharge

Hi, mts service is pathetic....I recharge 999 every month.. and I get speed of around 500kbps.... but now after I recharge for 1298 for 15 gb.. the speed is still capped to 144 kbps.... I was thinking to switch over to tata photon .. as they offer good speed. But I thought mts would still be upto the mark even after givng complains for past 3 days.. issue is not resolved.... can someone please look into this and increase the speed of mts mblaze to what it was earlier.. I am ur customer since 2yrs now... and this is frustrating.... signal... all bars.. some 5 I think.... mode- broadband & hybrid... all tried... internet connection setting: done many times from customer care... nothing works... mts- suggestion.. if u dont back up.. u will loose many customers as tata 3g and reliance 3g are providing good services and 3g speed... mts number - 0509 mobile number- you will get it from my mts number account (for mts official) thanks & regards
