Not appropriate response from mahindra company

I have purchased mahindra kine scooty on 30th oct,2011 and from the very second to third day I am facing the starting problem. I used to kick it 0-50 times but it doesn't get started. I have already submitted complaint on consumer care numbers 8883 many times, but that is of no use. When I go to the service centre they somehow repair it and again after 2-3 days I face the same issue. One more thing scooty get stopped on the running road anytime, it is very harmful for me and my family member who drive the scooty. I made the complaint so many time but they given me complain number on 4th june, 012. My complaint number is inb 179. Than I again made the complain on 11th june, 2012than I received call from mahindra mr. Tarun sahni, he promised me for resolve the problem,, than after 5-20 days he said, you have to go your service centre with scooty perfectly, so my brother went their and show them scooty for 3 days for repairing.... after repairing..it run smoothly only for 2 days after that I am facing same issue. I want to return back this scooty & I want refund of my total amount which I paid for scooty with compensation. Regards lalita khosla 5023
