Htc one V mobile complaint

I have purchased a htc one V handset, having imei no. 6231 on 20 may, 2012 from com com electronics situated in main rajouri garden market for a price of rs. 0/-. The phone suddenly got dead after 3-4 days of purchase. I submitted my handset in netaji subhash place, pitampura service center. The company replaced my phone and I got a sealed pack box after 10 days having imei no. 155. The handset again got dead within 1 month. I again contacted the service center and submitted my device there around 10th of june, 012. After that I called the customer care many times and contacted the service center too but I didn't got any report of my phone. On 6th august I got a phone replacement only having imei no. 913. The company replaced my phone but they didn't gave me a sealed box. The bill which I have is dated for 20/5/2012......I didn't got extended warranty. I feel like cheated and I want my money back. As I am working it was very inconvenient for me to travel from my residence situated in paschim vihar to pitampura. I wasted my time and money and still didn't got the service. I just want my money back or the company issues me a sealed pack box with the issuing bill of that date. Please help....

Hei I hav ebeen using one V from july ths year and the phone became dead a week ago.. the crap s sent for service n waiting for it..I tink their service is so poooor that they consider customers as ass..les
