When I found some problem on 31st july I call to customer care 0.08 am, 1st time they told your validity is available pleas un install software then reconnect it your problem will resolved . I DID the same but face same problem again call mts care approximate 2.30 they told your validity expired , when I ask him for validity till 31 july he only says there are no validity shows on system when I talk with local person of company mr. Tushar told me that you have to do recharge before last day. We are showing you next day of validity and that’s my company system and told don’t call me regarding this and cut the phone. When I see the validity is available on their massage why I have to recharge before last day? when it show 31st of july that’s mean midnight of same day not before that day. That recharge what you telling me is done on 01-08-2012 at 8.10 pm approximate after register complain and your reply. So why are you tell me for this recharge this is not my complain .
