Tikona charging of duplicate and penal charges on bill

Although the bills are paid well before due date, the company collects the bill amount late and imposes rs. 0.00 as late payment fees, this is for last 4 months. The company charged me bill for non usage of internet, this was well informed to company, they have shown in their bill that the net connection was not in use ( safe custody ) this they have done two times in last six months. The company customer care officials are holding the telephone line when called upon through registered telephone number, for at least 20 to 25 minutes on every occasions and disconnect the telephone lines. This is a regular feature. Even when called from any other telephone which is not registered with them, they keep on holding for 20 to 25 minutes every time and then disconnect the telephone lines, without listening to our query and giving solutions.
