Aadhar card not got till date

Dear sir,I am kulwinder salaria from jalandhar. I have register for aadhar on 10/10/2011 at 15:56:44. My enrollment no. Is 027. My date of birth is 5/12/1991.I could not get my aadhar card still now.It is very urgent.If u kindly send me card. I will very thankful to. My mobile no.Is 0477 thanking u.
