Docomo activated a service without informing me
Tata docomo activate cine one vas service on my no.9041899400 without informing me.For that reason I loose 12/- From my account after that I complained to docomo customer care executives many times but still every day they deduct my money after that when I complaint they return it but they are not able to stop the service.I want to stop this service really I need help.

a service got activated in my mobile I just got a message and balance of 30rs got reduced on 8th august and I have not done anything and I want to stop flash messages on my mobile this not the first time this may be the fifth time am getting problem..
