Vodafone is a cheat company

Vodafone is a cheat company on /12, I was using internet, my balance was showing as 0.01 mb at 1.51 p.M whn I accesd internet, and closed down, I was charged rs. 99 for using 9.69 mb, I immediately called customer care and asked about the balance deduction, the representative said that I was not having any balance data usage, so I was charged for accessing, I asked him to refund, for this he said that its my mistake, balance cannot be refunded, now is it my fault that I got wrong information from vodafone while checking ???
