Unworthy vodafone - betrayal & mnp

Please kindly generate my port out no for 0891 as my last bill balance is nil ( as per hard copy delivered to my home ) and current outstanding is zero rupees.I have deposited the current outstanding payments for rs 30/- At rajouri garden , paragon mall vodafone store on 012. I am requesting you because sms facility on the sim has also been suspended with the suspension of the calls and my requests are falling on deaf ears.. thanx, vineet mahajan
