Akash II booked 7 months back, not yet delivered

I booked the ubislate ( akash II) tablet on 5th feb 2012 at grace enterprises, pune as they claimed themselves to be the chanel partners of datawind. I have paid rs. 00/- Cash for the booking. ( The shop was flooded with people paying 500/-As booking amt.) I was told the tab will be delivered within 40 to 60 working days. In 1st wk of march I got one call from grace saying the delivery is delayed due to production issues and it will be somewhere in april 2nd or 3rd wk. I agreed to this. There after there is no information from the grace people. I went to shop 2/3 times in june and july and was told that jan deliveries are going on and I will receive the call in july. Which is also not recd. Datawind has not reverted on my mails dated 14th june and 1st aug. Mr. Ravindra daswani from grace revered finally after I sent a very bitter mail to collect my booking amount back. I informed I am not interested. My complaint is not only for my 00/- But I have doubts that thousands of people have deposited this amount and its gone without any notice as it was collected in cash and only one plain paper receipt was issued.
