Connectindia.In( vriti infocom) not gave tata photon tax invoice

I had purchased tata photon 3g device from connectindia.In( vriti infocom. They delivered the same in time. But now I am struggling to get tax invoice. Everyday I call to mr. Sagar 812, mr. Gautam 463, mr. Subhas 708, but nobody responding
