Tata docomo is a cheat
I activated a song on my tata docomo gsm number on 6/7/2012 as caller tune. On 4/8/12 it was deactivated and an unknown jingle started playing without any intimation to me. Upon calling the customer care, I was told, that nothing can be done and I have to again subscribe afresh paying rs 15 download charge!! this is a serious malpractice and amounts to a fraud. So I advice all docomo customers to be aware. And, I would request grahak seva to please help as much as they can!!
